Our technology pillars

Four pillars. One integrated Microsoft platform.

Most providers sell one of these. We design them to work together, because a migration without security, or an AI rollout without governance, creates tomorrow’s problem while solving today’s.

Microsoft Infrastructure

Design and build the Azure foundation your workloads deserve, then move them there safely.

  • Landing zone design & architecture
  • Azure cloud migration
  • Application modernisation
  • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
  • Business continuity & disaster recovery

Why ITCloudHub

Technology decisions that stand up to a board review

We are deliberately specialised. Everything we do sits inside the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem, which means our architects work with the same platform every day rather than spreading thin across vendors.

  • Business case first. Every recommendation is tied to a cost, risk or productivity outcome you can explain to a CFO.
  • Architecture you own. We document what we build and hand over the runbooks, with no dependency traps.
  • Security embedded. Identity, logging, backup and compliance are designed in the first workshop, not retrofitted later.
  • Licensing clarity. We map what you need against what you already pay for, and tell you when the answer is “you already own this”.
  • Adoption matters. A platform nobody uses delivers nothing, so enablement and change support are part of delivery.

How we work

A delivery method built for low-risk change

Cloud programmes fail in the gaps: between assessment and design, between pilot and scale, between go-live and adoption. Our four-stage approach is designed to close them.

Discover

Assess & align

We start with your business drivers, not a product list: current estate, licensing position, security posture, risks and the outcomes you are accountable for.

Design

Architect the target

A reference architecture, landing zone and migration or rollout plan built on Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected guidance, sized to your budget and timeline.

Deliver

Build & migrate

Phased delivery with clear checkpoints, rollback plans and change control. We move pilot workloads first, prove the pattern, then scale it.

Optimise

Run, tune & adopt

Post-go-live cost optimisation, security tuning, adoption support and knowledge transfer, so the platform keeps improving after we hand it over.

We measure success the way you do

Cloud, security and AI projects are easy to justify on a slide and hard to justify a year later. We define the measures up front, covering cost, risk, resilience and productivity, and we report against them.

That might mean a target reduction in run cost after migration, a measurable improvement in mean time to detect after a Sentinel deployment, a specific set of manual processes removed by automation, or a defined group of users successfully working in Microsoft 365 with the security controls you require.

No invented numbers on this site. You will not find fabricated client counts or generic testimonials here. When we publish outcomes, they will be real, permissioned and specific.
Common questions

Questions we hear early in a conversation

No, and we would usually advise against it. Most successful programmes start with a discovery and a pilot wave: a small group of workloads that proves the landing zone, the network design and the cutover runbook. Once that pattern works, the remaining waves become repeatable and far lower risk. Hybrid and phased models are completely normal and fully supported.
Security is part of the design, not a phase at the end. Identity, network segmentation, key management, logging and backup are decided in the landing zone design before any workload moves. Where Microsoft Sentinel is in scope, we plan data connectors and retention early, because that decision drives both detection coverage and cost.
Yes. Licensing is one of the areas where organisations most often over- or under-buy. We review your current subscriptions against how people actually work and what security features you need, then recommend the plan mix that covers the requirement without paying twice for overlapping capability.
Copilot readiness is mostly a data governance question. Copilot respects existing permissions, which means over-shared files and unclear labelling become visible very quickly. We run a readiness assessment covering permissions hygiene, sensitivity labelling, licensing and use-case selection before rollout, so the pilot delivers value instead of surprises.
We work with organisations across Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and support remote and hybrid delivery models for customers in the wider region. Engagements can be delivered on site, remotely, or as a blend depending on the phase of work.
With a short, no-obligation consultation. We talk through your current environment and objectives, and you leave with a clear view of the options, the likely sequence of work and what an assessment would involve. From there we can scope a fixed-price assessment or a full programme.

Let’s talk about where you are today

A short consultation is usually enough to establish whether there is a strong case for change, what it would involve, and what it would likely cost. No obligation, no pressure.
