Who we are
A Microsoft cloud specialist, not a generalist reseller
ITCloudHub is an IT services company built around a single ecosystem: Microsoft Cloud. We work across infrastructure, security, modern work and AI. These are the four areas where most organisations are trying to make progress at the same time, usually with different vendors and inconsistent architecture.
That focus is deliberate. Depth in one platform means our architects work with the same technologies, the same reference architectures and the same licensing model every day. It also means we can take responsibility for how the pieces fit together, rather than handing you an integration problem.
We serve customers from offices in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, delivering on site, remotely or as a blended model depending on what the phase of work requires.

Values are easy to publish and harder to hold to when a deadline is tight. These are the specific commitments we hold ourselves to on every engagement.
We tell you what we would do if it were our environment. That sometimes means recommending a smaller scope, a phased approach, or capability you already own but are not using. Long-term partnerships are worth more to us than a larger first invoice.
We design for the day after handover. The measure of a good platform is whether your own team can run, extend and troubleshoot it without calling us. Documentation, naming standards and enablement are part of the deliverable, not an optional extra.
We stay current. Microsoft ships continuously; an architecture that was best practice eighteen months ago may not be today. Keeping our guidance current is part of the job.
